TWELVE DAYS AND COUNTING: The postmark deadline for applications to the Wyoming Arts Council’s creative writing fellowships in poetry is Monday, May 22. You may apply if you’re a WYO resident 18 and older who isn’t a full-time student in a high school or college art-related degree program. Georgia writer Rosemary Daniell is this year’s judge.
